On 19th April 2026, Don Bosco Anbu Illam, Salem organized a Higher Education Guidance Program for more than 60 students from urban slum and housing board areas who have completed their 10th, 11th, and 12th standards.
The program was presided over by Director Rev. Fr. Amala Jeya Rayan and Rector Fr. Casimir Raj, who encouraged students to dream big and pursue meaningful careers.
The session was effectively facilitated by Ms. Sangavi and Mr. Francis from Salem POLE East NGO, who provided valuable insights on:
* What to study after 10th & 12th
* Various course options
* Where to pursue higher education

The students actively participated and gained clarity about their future academic paths. The session was both informative and inspiring, helping them take a step forward towards a brighter future. 🌱
