The child Rubavathi was dropout her studies and wandering. Her father was working as a health worker (scavenger). She had one elder sister and one younger sister. Two years back the child Rubavathi and her sister Priya were produce in front of Mr.Xavier the Chairman of Child Welfare Committee of Salem by Salem City Police. Those girls rescued from vulnerable situation so the police officials suggest them to place in shelter home for further education. Mr. Xavier gave counseled for continue her education in dropout center Anbu Illam. Since 2019 she continues her education in Anbu Illam and she prepared herself for appear in   10^th Std Public Examination.
