Trainings & Camps

At DBAI, the staff and children are provided with extensive training across various fields, ensuring that their focus remains on fulfilling the organisation’s vision. By equipping staff members with the necessary knowledge and skills, DBAI enables them to become proficient in their respective areas of work. Trainings encompass topics such as local research, the Juvenile Justice Act, and organisational policies.

Exposure visits and summer camps are organised for the children as part of their holistic development. These activities offer valuable learning experiences and contribute to their personal growth, fostering a sense of curiosity, creativity, and exploration.

DBAI’s training programs extend beyond the staff and children, encompassing youth, women’s group members, and others within the community. These capacity-building initiatives empower individuals to take an active role in driving change, advocating for their rights, and supporting the overall mission of the organisation.

Awareness Programs

DBAI conducts mass awareness programs in and around Salem in collaboration with various governmental and non-governmental organisations. These programs aim to educate and inform the public on critical topics, such as health, education, livelihood, government schemes, and career guidance.

DBAI employs innovative methods, such as staging street plays and producing short films, to engage the community and create a lasting impact. These creative approaches help raise awareness on pressing social issues, generate discussions, and encourage people to take action towards positive change.

This collaborative approach not only strengthens the overall impact of these programs but also fosters a sense of unity and shared purpose among various stakeholders working towards the common goal of community empowerment and youth protection. We hope to build strong partnerships and create lasting impact in the communities we serve.
