A capacity-building training session for field coordinators on “Strengthening Community Support Federations” was conducted on February 20, 2025, at Don Bosco Anbu Illam, Salem, under the leadership of its Director, Dr. Casimir Raj.

The session featured insights from Dr. Balamurugan, a member of the Tamil Nadu Alliance, and Ms. Sibija, the program coordinator. They provided in-depth training on key topics, including enhancing community support groups, transforming challenges into opportunities, and strategic approaches for sustainable impact.

More than 50 field staff actively participated in the training and gained valuable knowledge to strengthen their community engagement efforts.
