21-03-23 Monthly review meeting for the Community volunteers was conducted at the Rasipuram office. Each volunteer presented their work, success stories, and impacts made through each component of the project. Then, the Worker Support Group module re-orientation training was conducted by Mrs. Sasikala, FCO. Strategic planning for the development of CRCs in each village was conducted, and collective and achievable action points were discussed. Staff actively participated and gave their suggestions and comments. Mr. Xavier sir was also present and discussed the crucial role of being a facilitator and encouraged the staff to work with even more commitment.
