Empowering Frontline Heroes for a Child-Friendly Salem!
On January 23, 2025, the *Child-Friendly Salem Team* organized an impactful training session for 40 ICDS staff. The focus of the session was on:
*Early Intervention and Developmental Milestones*
*Effective Communication for a Child-Friendly Society*
*Stress Management for Frontline Workers*
Facilitated by Project Coordinator, *Lincy Florencia*, the training created a positive platform to empower and integrate efforts toward building a child-friendly Salem. We’re shaping a brighter, safer, and inclusive future for our children.
