On September 28th, the Child Friendly Salem initiative team held a productive core team meeting with 15 passionate participants. The session was filled with valuable discussions focusing on the establishment and implementation of an effective WLCPC (Ward Level Child Protection Committee) to strengthen child protection measures.

We also addressed the growing concern of children affected by substance abuse, planning preventive actions to combat this issue. Plans for organizing a general medical camp were also discussed, aiming to provide healthcare support to children in need.
