On December 23, 2024, Salem Don Bosco Anbu Illam, under the visionary leadership of Dr. Casimir Raj, Director, DBAI Salem, organized an impactful one-day training session at Vennandur on “Making a Project Road Map and Village Development Plan.”

Facilitated by Dr. Krishnamoorthy, an expert in project management, the training empowered 46 enthusiastic participants to develop actionable five-year village development plans. The session was thoughtfully structured and included:
