The Salem Don Bosco Anbu Illam is working at its best to ensure that the children rights are protected and guaranteed. Looking at the demands and needs of the children to provide more space and a healthy environment, the preparatory shelter was started in 1996 at Yercaud Foothills. This year we are celebrating the Silver jubilee of our extension centre at Adivaram. The centre has children home & Open Shelter project that caters to the marginalised and children who are at risk like the drug addicts, child labourers, abused and misused children. To mark the Silver Jubilee of Adivaram DBAI, a logo was released by Fr. Biju Michael, the Regional Superior of the Salesians of Don Bosco. There was a short program organised in which the children exhibited their talents in a creative way.
